Grounded Sound

A space to let your mind, body and soul rest.

Sound Healing Simplified.

Sound has been used as a healing tool for centuries across cultures all over the world.

From ancient chanting and drumming in Indigenous traditions, to the use of gongs, bells and harmonic instruments in Eastern practice.

Sound has long been understood as a way to restore harmony within the body and mind.

At its core, this work is based upon a simple truth: everything in the body holds a natural frequency and sound can help bring it back into balance.

Love In Motion offers a blended experience offered in a way that feels accessible, grounded and supportive.

What to Expect

Each session is designed to feel grounded, safe and supportive.

We begin with gentle breath to settle the body, followed by a guided arrival into stillness.

From there, you'll be immersed in the sounds and frequencies of the bowls, chimes, shakers and voice, allowing your mind space and your body to soften.

You may experience :

  • Deep relaxation
  • Emotional Release
  • A sense of clarity, calm or lightness
  • Bodily Release ( twitching, yawning, body tingles, burping or passing gas)

There is no right or wrong way to do a sound bath. Allowing yourself to be in the space is more than enough. Your body naturally knows how to receive.

Your Guide

Hi, I'm Morgan!

Sound holds a special place in my heart. It has been part of my healing journey for as long as I can remember. In more recent years, my path into sound facilitation was passed down to me by a dear aunt—something that deepened my connection to this work in a whole new way.

When I offer sound to women, it’s always with my mother in mind.

She lived a full, fast-paced life, raising two young children while my dad worked out of town, teaching fitness, competing in high-level sports, and running her own business.

She gave so much to everyone around her, but rarely took time to slow down and listen to the quieter signals her body was sending.

She passed in September 2000.

I often find myself wondering if this is the kind of space she may have needed, one where she could pause, soften, and reconnect with herself. And in many ways, I feel her with me every time I play.
